COMMON QUESTIONS
To sign up for an automatic subscription, select the Subscribe option on the product page, above the add to cart button. Then select your frequency for how often you'd like to receive an automatic shipment. At the checkout page, please enter your billing and shipping information, which will automatically create your online account to be able to pause and cancel at any time.
All orders ship within one business day of the transaction, so if you subscribe to an automatic shipment every 30 days, your order will ship within 1 business day after the 30th day. You can change the frequency of your subscription any time by logging in to your account and clicking manage subscriptions.
To update the payment method attached to your subscription, go to the account dashboard page and click manage subscriptions. Once on the subscription dashboard, proceeed to the payment settings and follow the prompts to update your payment information.
All subscription orders qualify for free USPS First Class Shipping, no matter the size of the order. To upgrade your automatic shipping method, simply select an alternate method at checkout.
Yes, absolutely. You earn 5% back in rewards points on every purchase you make with Cornbread Hemp, even automatic subscriptions! Rewards points cannot be redeemed for discounts on subscription orders. To redeem your points, we suggest trying a new one-time product, or using your points to shop for gifts!
